These are for usb. However, when I run sudo modprobe ndiswrapper nothing happens. I can right click on a “exe” file and select from the drop down menu Open With and then select “Wine Windows Program Loader”.

Having said that, as Jacobm01 points out in his wda3100the Windows 10 IoT driver would still require to have been compiled for ARM, en lieu of x86, so, until those drivers become available, the Limux would still not work. If those answers do not fully address your question, please ask a new question.

You seemed confident and resourceful so I omitted the details. For some reason, the ndiswrapper-common module can’t be loaded without removing ndiswrapper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is nonsense, and I’m not sure why anyone would tell you to do this. This is an unfortunate fact, and it may force many penguins to use the crude systems of the seafood. Now the thing here is I can connect to the internet only by WiFi since the area I’m at has no hardline cable netgeqr DSL or fiber optics, other then phone line.

Runs on pretty much anything, no matter how old it is. This part of the instructions seemed to work: I tried to install directly from the code from the downloaded. I have not thought about using my smartphone.
