Did this solve your problem? Just make sure you have the proper version of driver you need, being 64bit, as it won’t work with the 32bit driver. I remember this working for Vista, and it might for Windows 7 too. I tried in other forums but nothing.

I tried on windows update, nothing. It’s for the 3C, but also says that it’s compatible with the 3cb-tx That may or may not work since 3COM has a number of NICs that are labled 3xb, but have different suffixes.
You may be able to manually install the driver for XP bit, if one exists. The only solution I have for you is to manually install the drivers by going into Device Manager, opening up the properties for the network card, and either have it search for the folder you dindows the driver in, or manually search for the driver yourself, and pick the card.
